Pharmacist: $3800/Week

* **Title:** Pharmacist * **Location:** Tulsa, OK * **Contract Duration:** 13 Weeks * **Shift:** Day Shift 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM * **Schedule:** 4 × 10-hour shifts per week * **Weekend Requirement:** Every other weekend **Job Description:** The pharmacist will be responsible for reviewing medication orders, preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring accurate dosing, and supporting safe and effective medication therapy for patients across various age groups. **Responsibilities:** * Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and safety. * Prepare and dispense medications for inpatient patients. * Perform sterile compounding and intravenous medication preparation. * Prepare IV piggybacks, IV push medications, and TPN solutions. * Provide clinical dosing and pharmacokinetic monitoring. * Manage anticoagulation and warfarin dosing. * Monitor high-alert medications and therapeutic drug levels. * Support antibiotic therapy and other medication management needs. * Ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures and safety standards. * Utilize pharmacy dispensing systems such as Pyxis and carousel systems. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience. * Active Oklahoma Pharmacist license. * Registered Pharmacist (RPh). * Current BLS certification. * Inpatient/acute care pharmacy experience. * Ability to work every other weekend. * Travel experience is not required; first-time travelers are accepted.
