Salesforce Developer

**Location:** Singapore **Contract:** 1\-Year Contract Job Description We are seeking for a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, integrate, and enhance Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Service Cloud on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high\-quality Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities * Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. * Support and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. * Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms. * Perform data migration, transformation, and validation using tools such as Data Loader and ETL platforms. * Configure and maintain Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls. * Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business and operational requirements. * Collaborate directly with clients, business users, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. * Provide solution consulting and pre\-sales support, including technical discussions, solution design, and client presentations where required. * Follow Salesforce engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, observability, documentation, and knowledge transfer. * Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing technical support and enhancements. Requirements * Hands\-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with substantial experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. * Salesforce Platform Developer certification or equivalent practical experience. * Strong development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. * Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. * Strong understanding of data migration processes and tools, including Data Loader and/or ETL tools. * Good knowledge of Salesforce administration and security configuration. * Experience developing Salesforce reports and dashboards. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with clients and business users. * Experience supporting pre\-sales, solution consulting, or technical solution design is highly desirable. * Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, observability, documentation, and engineering best practices for large\-scale Salesforce implementations. Nice to Have * Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and OmniScript. * Experience working on large\-scale or enterprise Salesforce transformation projects. * Additional Salesforce certifications. * Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools.
