Our client, a long\-established \& high profile commercial organisation headquartered in West Co. Limerick have have now engaged with us in CPL to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their team \& act a the primary support to the Financial Controller. This role is a permanent position \& the successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the on\-going success of the organisation so if you're interested please apply! **The Job** : As a key part of the finance team team you will work closely with the Financial Controller \& cover a broad remit of duties across both management \& financial accounting duties. More specifically this will include the preparation of the monthly management \& consolidated group accounts, running balance sheet reconciliations, assisting on audit \& compliance reporting, overseeing financial risk \& internal controls analysis, liaising with the company secretary on relevant matters, providing financial guidance on commercial \& budget goal setting, leading out your individual projects \& supporting the wider operations team on their duties/projects when \& where needed. **Your Skills/Experience that we need** * 3rd level qualified in a relevant discipline ideally. * Fully qualified accountant \- ACA or ACCA preferred. * 2\-3\+ years industry experience ideally but recently qualified candidates with a Big4 training profile will also be considered. * Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications. * Excellent attention to detail \& inter\-personal skills. * Proven ability to work on your own initiative \& deliver on individual as well as departmental projects. **The Offer** : Salary will depend on candidate skills \& experience but is expected to range up to approx. 75k maximum \+ benefits. This role will be fully office based in West Co. Limerick so could suit candidates currently based in North Co. Kerry or looking to relocate to the region.
