Investment Associate

We are currently working with a **Real Estate Investment Management Firm** in Singapore, which is looking to hire an **Investment Associate** to join its team. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the execution of investment deals, including financial analysis, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. * Build and maintain financial models for infrastructure assets, including scenario analysis and performance forecasting. * Conduct thorough due diligence for investment evaluation, ensuring accurate assessment of risks and opportunities. * Prepare DDQs, investor presentations, and respond to investor queries. * Prepare financial reports and conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. **Requirements** * At least 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, real estate, or related fields. * Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. * Exposure to infrastructure or real asset sectors (e.g., solar, data centers, logistics real estate) is a plus. * Understanding of solar asset-backed securities is advantageous.
