What You'll Lead As our Director of E\-Commerce \& Digital Growth, you'll work directly with ownership to develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy, including: * Growing online revenue and profitability * Increasing website traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention * Optimizing the Shopify customer experience * Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns * Expanding email, SMS, and loyalty marketing programs * Developing influencer, ambassador, and affiliate partnerships * Improving SEO and AI search visibility * Leveraging analytics to drive smarter business decisions * Connecting our six retail stores with our online customer experience * Identifying new revenue opportunities and emerging digital trends * Building a scalable omnichannel growth strategy Who You Are We're looking for someone who combines creativity with strong business instincts.
