**Electrical Project Manager** **Brisbane** **Tier 1 & Tier 2 Contractors** **$150k–$240k + Package DOE** Core Talent is partnering with a number of established electrical contractors across Brisbane to recruit experienced Electrical Project Managers and Seniors for a strong pipeline of Design & Construct (D&C) and Construct only projects. These opportunities span businesses delivering electrical construction, engineering, design, installation and commissioning across a diverse range of sectors. Whether your background is with a Tier 1 or a smaller scale Tier 2, overseeing multiple projects at once, we have opportunities to suit your experience and career ambitions. With a range of projects, team structures and business environments available, this is an opportunity to find the right next step in your career. **The Projects** Opportunities are available across a range of sectors, including: * **Healthcare:** Hospitals, health facilities and complex medical developments. * **Commercial:** Large-scale commercial buildings, offices and mixed-use developments. * **Residential:** High-rise apartments and multi-residential developments. * **Industrial:** Industrial facilities, manufacturing and complex electrical installations. * **Infrastructure & Mission Critical:** Major infrastructure, data centres and technically complex electrical projects. Values depends on the client and will range from $1m-$3m up to $50m-$100m electrical packages. **The Roles** Depending on your experience, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from design coordination through to procurement, installation, commissioning and final handover. Key responsibilities include: * Managing electrical projects from inception through to completion. * Overseeing project budgets, cost control, forecasting, variations and overall commercial performance. * Coordinating design teams, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel. * Managing project programmes, procurement, resources and delivery milestones. * Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders. * Ensuring projects meet safety, quality, technical and contractual requirements. * Identifying project risks and implementing effective solutions to maintain programme and budget. * For Senior Project Managers, providing leadership across larger projects, mentoring project teams and contributing to broader business performance. **About You** We're interested in speaking with Electrical Project Managers and Senior Project Managers who have: * Experience delivering electrical construction projects within a contracting environment. * A background in electrical services, commercial construction or complex electrical infrastructure. * Strong commercial and financial management capabilities. * Experience coordinating design, procurement, installation and commissioning activities. * Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. * A proactive approach to project delivery, problem-solving and client relationships. **What's on Offer?** * $150,000–$240,000 + package, depending on experience. * Opportunities across established Tier 1 and Tier 2 electrical contractors. * A strong pipeline of projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland. * Exposure to a variety of project types, team structures and business environments. * Career progression into Senior Project Management and broader operational leadership. * The opportunity to find a role aligned with your technical strengths, commercial experience and long-term career goals. **Interested in Your Next Move?** Core Talent is working with several established electrical contractors across Brisbane and is keen to speak with Electrical Project Managers and Senior Electrical Project Managers at all levels.
