**Overview** Furniture World Discount Warehouse is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a customer service and cashier position. The role involves phone communication, computer use, and assisting customers while supporting checkout. Part-time and full-time schedules include weekday and weekend shifts, with some rotating Saturday hours; availability for weekends and holidays is required. **Responsibilities** * Communicate with customers by phone and in person. * Assist customers with questions and service needs. * Support cashier duties and customer checkout. * Use computers to support daily customer service tasks. * Maintain clear, legible handwriting for written information. * Your impact: Helpful service and accurate checkout make shopping easier for customers. **Requirements** * Bring an outgoing, welcoming personality to customer interactions. * Demonstrate computer literacy and basic computer skills. * Communicate clearly and professionally by phone. * Write legibly when completing written information. * Be willing to work weekends and holidays. * Be available for the selected part-time or full-time schedule.
