Certified Montessori Teacher — Preschool Program Natick Children’s House is seeking a passionate, experienced, and certified Montessori teacher to join our preschool program. We are looking for a warm, dependable educator who believes in the Montessori philosophy and enjoys creating a respectful, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning. Position Responsibilities: ● Lead and support a Montessori preschool classroom ● Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly Montessori environment ● Guide children through individual and small\-group lessons ● Observe each child and support their developmental and academic needs ● Foster independence, concentration, grace, courtesy, and practical life skills ● Communicate professionally and respectfully with families and colleagues ● Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment ● Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and program policies Qualifications: ● Montessori certification required ● Previous Montessori classroom experience required ● Experience working with preschool\-aged children ● Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and methodology ● Warm, patient, responsible, and dependable ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills ● Commitment to creating a respectful and child\-centered classroom Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: \[Insert hours] Pay: Competitive salary based on education and experience If you are a dedicated Montessori educator who loves working with young children and wants to be part of a caring, professional school community, we would love to hear from you.
