With a strong reputation for success and compassionate legal service, we are expanding our team to better serve our growing caseload. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented No\-Fault experienced Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a high\-volume environment. This role involves working closely with attorneys and other legal staff to manage files, handle client communications, and ensure smooth case progression through the settlement process. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle case intake and gather initial documentation. * Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other personnel as needed. * Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files. * Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, data entry, and billing assistance. **Qualifications:** * Previous experience in a personal injury or litigation law firm required. * **Previous experience in No\-Fault process required.** * Strong knowledge of legal terminology, insurances and document formatting. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (e.g., Clio, or similar) * Bilingual (fluent in both **English/Spanish**) \- required.
