You will own features from pixel\-perfect implementation to state management and API integration. What You'll Do * Build responsive, accessible UIs using React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS * Implement complex state management with Redux Toolkit and RTK Query * Integrate with REST and WebSocket APIs * Write unit and integration tests for frontend components * Optimize performance — lazy loading, code splitting, and rendering * Collaborate with designers to translate Figma mockups into production code **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience building production React applications * Strong TypeScript and CSS/Tailwind skills * Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or Jotai) * Familiarity with React Router, form libraries (React Hook Form), and validation (Zod) * Understanding of web performance metrics and optimization techniques * Comfort with Git workflows and code review processes Nice to Have * Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP) * Knowledge of server\-side rendering (Next.js or Remix) * Familiarity with design systems and component libraries What We Offer * Competitive salary with annual reviews * Fully remote with flexible hours * Health insurance * Annual learning and conference budget * Latest hardware of your choice * Paid time off Monthly Salary ৳25,000 – ৳45,000 / month * Deadline: Opening soon Applications for this role aren't open yet.
