This is an exciting opportunity to create impactful, integrated campaigns across digital and print channels, delivering creative work that drives engagement and business results. As a senior member of the team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality design across multiple touchpoints, and ensuring brand consistency throughout. **What You'll Do** * Lead projects from concept through to final delivery. * Create engaging design solutions across digital, social, CRM, print, and marketing communications. * Develop creative concepts that align with brand and marketing objectives. * Present and articulate design thinking to stakeholders. * Ensure all work meets brand standards and quality expectations. * Mentor and support junior designers. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns. **What We're Looking For** * Proven experience in a Senior Designer or Senior Integrated Designer role. * Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign work across digital and print. * Excellent typography, layout, and visual communication skills. * Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Experience managing projects from brief to completion. * Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. * Previous mentoring or team leadership experience. * Motion design and After Effects experience is a plus. * Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative environment.
