**About This Role** Support our West Coast operations by coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth cargo flow through LA/Long Beach ports. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate LCL and FCL ocean shipments * Prepare and process shipping documentation * Track shipments and provide status updates to clients * Coordinate with trucking companies for local delivery * Handle customs clearance documentation * Resolve shipping issues and delays proactively * Maintain accurate records in our TMS system **Requirements** * 2-4 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics * Knowledge of ocean shipping and port operations * Familiarity with customs documentation and regulations * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software * Excellent communication skills * Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred **Benefits** * Competitive salary * Full health benefits * 401(k) with company match * Generous PTO policy * Career advancement opportunities * Small, hands-on team
