Paralegal

We are seeking an intelligent, motivated, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as our lead Paralegal. Responsibilities * Assist attorneys with personal injury and workers' compensation cases from intake through resolution. * Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and settlement demands. * Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel. * Obtain, organize, and review medical records, billing records, and other case-related documents. * Monitor case progress, deadlines, and outstanding tasks. * Assist with litigation preparation, scheduling, e-filing, and administrative responsibilities. * Maintain organized case files What We're Looking For * **Intelligent and resourceful:** Someone who thinks critically, solves problems, and can figure things out independently. * **Tech-savvy:** Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and emerging technology. * **Detail-oriented:** Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately. * **Strong communicator:** Professional written and verbal communication skills. * **Self-motivated:** Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and doesn't need constant supervision. * **Adaptable:** Willing to learn, take on new responsibilities, and work collaboratively in a small-firm environment. * **Legal experience:** Previous experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, or civil litigation is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
