Job description from the source

**Operations Admin** **Job Type:** Full-time **Location:** Las Vegas, NV (on-site) — 8345 W Sunset Rd, Ste 300, Las Vegas, NV 89113 **Salary:** From $40,000 per year. Final compensation is determined by a combination of prior experience, interview performance, and the responsibilities of the role. **About Us** Our mission is simple: make meetings, programs, and events easier to run. HXE Vistavent Inc. is the U.S. operating company of HXE — an Asia-based MICE SaaS and event-platform business founded in 2014 that's now taking its model global. We bring corporate organizers and venues together, negotiate the details that decide whether a budget works, and deliver events end to end — from an executive dinner for thirty to a conference after-party for three hundred. On top of that sits the layer most events still lack: real data on who showed up, what they engaged with, and what it was worth. Here's the scale we're bringing to Las Vegas: over the past two years we've signed 150+ partnership agreements with hotels, travel operators and venue groups across Asia and beyond — including Marriott, Hilton, Shangri-La, IHG, Pan Pacific, Langham and Minor — on a live network of 150,000+ hotels and event venues serving 400,000+ corporate and association clients, with 50,000+ events booked every year on a combined budget above USD 1.4 billion. We're backed by IDG and DCM, run a 200+ person consultant team, and keep a 62% repeat-client rate, plus our AI planning interface eventNOW.ai. With more than 10% of our clients already running programs outside their home markets, we're building the U.S. business from the ground up — and Las Vegas is one of our priority markets. That means the people who join now help decide how it runs rather than inheriting a playbook. **What You'll Do** - Keep our operations running smoothly: order records, budgets, timelines, and payment milestones stay accurate and current. - Maintain the venue and vendor database, and keep contracts, tax forms, insurance certificates, and deposit records in order. - Support the operations team with scheduling, documentation, proposals, and internal reporting. - Handle general office administration, and support logistics on and around event days. - Take on other administrative and operational tasks as the business grows. **Who You Are** - Administrative, coordinator, or operations support experience. Event or hospitality industry experience is a plus. - Track record of keeping records, deadlines, and documentation accurate and on schedule. - Proficient with spreadsheets and comfortable learning new operations software. - Reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-moving, 0-to-1 environment. **Why Join Us** - Direct exposure to international event delivery — a hands-on launchpad into event operations or project management. - Work with world-class hotel groups and suppliers in the events capital of the U.S. - Be part of building a U.S. business from the ground up. **How to Apply** Our recruiting team will review applications and reach out to qualified candidates using the email on your resume or Indeed profile. Once you pass it, we will arrange the interview conversation as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on that inbox. Final compensation is assessed on a combination of your written assessment, interview performance, and prior experience. Pay: From $40,000.00 per year Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: * Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Las Vegas, NV 89113: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
