Customer Account Specialist

**Job Responsibilities** * Enters and processes sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. * Reviews pricing on orders to ensure alignment with quotes and pricing policies. * Receives, addresses, resolves, and responds to customer complaints, inquiries, and interactions in a timely manner. * Coordinates with Sales team, as well as Production Control, Shipping, and Materials to ensure customer needs and requirements are met. * Escalates issues to appropriate resource as needed. * Preemptively identifies issues and suggests ways to solve. * Contributes to continuous improvement projects within function. * Completes other duties as assigned. **Job Skills Requirements** * Solid communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. * Good problem solving and data analysis skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Solid customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Good organizational and time management skills. **Educational Requirements** * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. **Experience Requirements** * Prior customer service experience preferred.
