Medical Assistant FT/PT/PRN

**Responsibilities include, however, are not limited to:** * Preparing electronic records prior to patient visit. * Rooming and preparing patients to see the physician: Reviewing paperwork, taking vital signs, entering data into EHR before and after patient appointments. * Preparing and cleaning examination rooms * Ordering medical supplies. * Receiving patient telephone calls, triaging patient concerns, scheduling appointments, etc. * Blood draws * INR monitoring * Prescription refills **The minimum knowledge, skills, abilities, and attributes include:** * Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program, or equivalent medical knowledge and skills. * Highly proficient computer skills. * Applies exceptional customer service skills to all interactions. * Ability to diplomatically and effectively resolve difficult situations. * Utilizes exceptional communication written and verbal communication skills. * Aptitude to work with minimal supervision. * Adept at handling multiple, often conflicting demands thoughtfully, completely, and promptly Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: In person
