**Customer Service Representative** **Happy’s Appliances \& Mattress Outlet** Are you friendly, organized, and good at helping people? Happy’s Appliances \& Mattress Outlet is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help customers get answers, resolve concerns, and have a positive experience with our team. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays calm when things get busy, and follows through until the job is done. **What You’ll Do** * Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions and messages. * Assist customers with order updates, delivery questions, and general product inquiries. * Help customers navigate service and warranty questions. * Listen to concerns, work toward solutions, and escalate issues when needed. * Coordinate with our sales, delivery, warehouse, and management teams. * Keep accurate notes on customer conversations and follow\-up needs. * Follow up with customers to make sure their questions and concerns are addressed. **What We’re Looking For** * A friendly attitude and strong communication skills. * Patience and professionalism when handling customer concerns. * Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow\-through. * Comfort using computers, entering information, and learning new software. * Dependability and the ability to manage multiple tasks. * Previous customer service, retail, or office experience preferred. * Appliance industry experience is a plus. **Who Would Be a Great Fit?** Someone who enjoys helping people, takes ownership of problems, and works well with a team.
