Marketing Coordinator

**Position Summary** The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of company marketing initiatives, with an emphasis on packaging projects, event logistics, and day-to-day marketing operations. This role involves coordinating project details, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, maintaining timelines, and assisting with digital marketing and creative content production. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, creative, and eager to develop their skills across a variety of marketing disciplines. **Education & Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Agricultural Communications, or related field. * 0–3 years of marketing experience. * Internship or related professional experience preferred. * Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, graphic design, photography, or video editing preferred. * Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office applications. **Core Responsibilities** * Coordinate day-to-day marketing projects, departmental requests, and project timelines. * Support private label packaging projects, including artwork revisions, proofing, approvals, and vendor coordination. * Coordinate trade show and event logistics, including registrations, ordering, shipping, promotional materials, and scheduling. * Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to track deliverables, manage deadlines, and provide project updates. * Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including social media scheduling, website updates, campaign execution, and performance reporting. * Create and edit basic marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and short-form video content. * Assist with photography and video production, including capturing, editing, and organizing content. * Support sales and customer marketing requests, internal communications, and cross-functional initiatives. * Maintain marketing assets, digital files, photography, and brand resources.
