Data & AI Researcher (LLM, NLP, Computer vision)

Your new company An R\&D firm in the public sector Your new role * Lead LLM research design and experimentation, focusing on core model components and methodologies. * Conduct independent research, analyze results, and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders. * Collaborate on data engineering tasks and transition low\-TRL research into high\-TRL engineering solutions. * Share scientific progress regularly with supervisors and research leads to align on direction. * Mentor team members and contribute to program initiatives; publishing is encouraged but not mandatory. What you'll need to succeed * PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field. * R\&D experience in NLP or generative AI domains. * Expertise/ interest in LLM components like entity\-relation, prompt engineering, reasoning, and sentiment analysis. * Experience with synthetic data generation using generative AI techniques.
