Responsibilities include evaluating supplier responses, negotiating quotations, creating cost strategies, supporting design specifications, and expanding supply bases. The role demands strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with experience in automotive or Powersports fields preferred. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience. The Buyer will oversee a $25M annual outsource spend, make sourcing decisions, and contribute to cost reduction initiatives. Key duties involve supplier interaction, cost analysis, strategy execution, and supporting team projects. The position requires effective decision\-making, confidentiality, and adherence to safety policies. Travel may be required.
