Associate Teacher

Geminus Corporation partners with community\-based health care providers, social service organizations and early childhood education programs to help increase access to high\-quality social health care for children and families across Northern Indiana. Geminus Corporation is a member of the Regional Care Group. **Position Purpose:** To plan, organize, coordinate and implement a comprehensive education program at the Site level that is developmentally appropriate and meets the individual needs of the children. This is a 10\-Month Full Time position. Adhere to HEAD START performance standards, GEMINUS policies and procedures and STATE MANDATES regarding the reporting of child abuse and neglect. **Minimum Hiring Requirements:** **Academic:** Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood/Development is required. **Experience:** Three years of classroom experience with preschoolers in a licensed child care center based program, or Head Start program, or public schools preferred.
