Full Stack Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop and maintain high-quality software solutions. You take ownership of your work, communicate effectively and are committed to delivering high-quality solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to gather, understand and document business requirements. * Design, develop, test and document software applications in line with agreed specifications and coding standards. * Contribute to technical solution design and identify opportunities to improve development processes. * Estimate development effort and timelines, monitor progress and report on risks, issues and delivery outcomes. * Identify and manage technical risks that may impact system releases. * Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement across the development lifecycle. **Skills, Knowledge and Experience** * Strong Java development skills with Spring and Hibernate. * Full-stack development experience using React, HTML, jQuery and Bootstrap. * Familiarity with .NET C#, Python and R. * Experience with SQL, DB2 and Azure Databricks. * Knowledge of ETL tools, including SSIS and Azure Data Factory. * Familiarity with Unix scripting, SVN, Bamboo and Crucible. * Experience working in Agile teams using JIRA. * Knowledge of automated testing with Cypress or similar tools. * Relevant IT/ICT qualification or equivalent practical experience For more information, please contact Neetu Singh on 0468 076 745 or neetu.singh@harrisonmcmillan.com.au
