Remote NCLEX & Nursing Tutor — BlueMint RN

BlueMint RN is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced RN to join our tutoring team and work one\-on\-one with nursing students and NCLEX candidates in a **fully remote tutoring position**. All tutoring sessions are conducted virtually through the BlueMint RN platform, so there is **no in\-person tutoring or commuting required**. This is not a position where you simply review PowerPoints or read rationales to students. We are looking for someone who can **teach students how to think like a nurse** and break difficult concepts down in a way that makes sense. What You'll Help Students With NCLEX\-RN and NCLEX\-PN preparation NGN case studies and clinical judgment Prioritization and delegation Pharmacology Med\-Surg Fundamentals Test\-taking strategy Nursing school exam preparation Identifying why students are getting questions wrong What We're Looking For * Active RN license in good standing * Strong nursing knowledge and clinical judgment * Excellent communication skills * Ability to simplify difficult nursing concepts * Comfortable working through NCLEX/NGN questions live with students * Comfortable teaching students virtually * Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup * Reliable, patient, professional, and encouraging * Previous tutoring, teaching, precepting, or nursing education experience is preferred but not required We care much more about your ability to **teach and explain your reasoning** than how impressive your resume looks. Compensation Tutors earn a percentage of completed tutoring revenue, with opportunities to increase their percentage as they establish themselves within BlueMint RN. Typical tutor earnings are approximately **$30–$45\+ per completed tutoring hour**, depending on student rate, tutor level, and applicable bonuses. Additional performance bonuses may be available for student success and other milestones. Schedule This is a **remote, flexible, part\-time position**. Tutors provide their availability, and students are assigned based on availability, subject\-matter strengths, and student needs. BlueMint RN handles student acquisition, the tutoring platform, billing, scheduling systems, and administrative support so tutors can focus primarily on teaching.
