Our clients are female founders: the women owners and injectors you already know. If you have worked in a med spa, you understand them better than most finance people ever will. **What you will do** * Be the main point of contact for every new client from "yes" to "live" * Lead onboarding calls on Zoom: collect logins, connect bank and EMR accounts, set expectations * Work a checklist and chase missing items until the client is fully set up * Explain what is happening in plain English and make the first month feel calm and professional * Spot clients who are ready for a higher service tier and lead that conversation. You earn a bonus every time one says yes * Hand off cleanly to the bookkeeping and CFO team, and turn every repeated question into a template or FAQ **What we are looking for** * Experience working in a med spa or aesthetics practice (front desk, patient coordinator, practice manager, sales). Years do not matter. Knowing the world does * No bookkeeping or finance background required. We will teach you the finance side; we cannot teach you the industry * Warm but not a pushover. You can kindly hold a client to a deadline * Detail-oriented, comfortable with Zoom, Google Drive, Slack, and a project management tool * Consistent availability for scheduled calls on U.S. Eastern time **Pay** $23 to $26 per hour, full time, with paid time off, plus an uncapped bonus for every client you move from our lowest tier to our highest. The people who do this well will out-earn the base quickly. If you want a high starting rate and a quiet desk, this is not the role.
