**Job Overview** We are seeking a passionate and dedicated **Early Childhood Teacher** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education settings and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. ***Our Pay scale is based on current PDIS Level qualifications. (Each level is a different pay rate. For example\- Level 2 Lead Qualified starts at $22\.20\).*** ***Shift 9am\-5:30pm*** **Responsibilities** * Serve as a **Christ\-centered role model**, demonstrating compassion, integrity, and a **deep love for Jesus in all interactions**. * Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards, focusing on physical education, math, and other foundational skills. * Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. * Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students. * Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. * Collaborate with parents and caregivers to share insights about children's development and progress. * Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. **Experience** * Previous experience in daycare or early childhood education settings is required. * **Love and Heart for Jesus** * **ECE Lead Qualified – this means you must hold a Level 2 PDIS credential.** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar setting. * Experience in curriculum development and classroom management is highly desirable. * Knowledge of toddler care practices and early intervention strategies is an asset. * A degree or formal certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field is highly desirable. * Must pass all required background checks prior to employment. * Ability to teach biblical concepts and principles to young childrenIf you are enthusiastic about making a positive impact on young children's lives and possess the skills outlined above, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity as an Early Childhood Teacher.
