**Top-Tier Investment Management Firm in Downtown, Manhattan is seeking a Paralegal for a permanent position!** **Responsibilities:** * Review and draft routine legal/compliance documents * Assist with preparing and filing various regulatory filings * Assist with the process of opening sub-custody accounts * Manage complex calendars for the General Counsel * Assist with the launch of new mutual funds and private funds. * Prepare materials for mettings and presentations * Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders * Conduct legal research **Qualifications:** * Experience working in well-established law firms. Large law firms are a plus. * Bachelor's degree is required * 3+ years working as a Paralegal within Investment Management * Ability to manage high volumes of work under tight deadlines while maintaining strict attention to detail.
