**SineCera Behavioral Health Services is a new 20-bed residential treatment program in White Bluff, Tennessee, opening December 2026. We serve veterans, active-duty service members, first responders, 911 dispatchers, nurses, and frontline workers living with PTSD, trauma, suicidal ideation, and other emotional and behavioral health challenges. SineCera is not a detox or primary substance use program. We are hiring master's-level therapists to provide individual, group, and family therapy in a trauma-focused residential setting. What you will do - Provide individual, group, and family therapy to residents - Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress documentation in the electronic medical record - Deliver evidence-based, trauma-focused care (CBT; EMDR if certified) - Collaborate with the contracted psychiatrist and psychologist, nursing staff, peer support specialists, and case management - Participate in treatment team meetings and discharge planning - Support a safe, structured, healing milieu for up to 20 residents What you bring - Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field - Tennessee licensure (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) or license eligibility under supervision - Experience with PTSD and trauma-informed care - Experience with veterans, first responders, or other frontline populations is a strong plus - EMDR training or certification is a plus - Ability to pass a TBI/FBI fingerprint background check and registry checks (required before resident contact, per Tennessee law) About SineCera SineCera offers equine therapy, Tai Chi, yoga, and holistic treatments alongside clinical care, with a contracted psychiatrist and psychologist, master's-level clinicians, and 24/7 staff.
