If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about continuous integration and automation, this opportunity is perfect for you! **Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform to provision cloud resources across platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and OpenStack. * Develop and maintain Bash scripts for automating deployment workflows, system configuration, and troubleshooting tasks on Linux/Unix systems. * Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, or TFS to ensure seamless software delivery. * Manage containerization systems including Docker and Kubernetes to deploy scalable microservices architectures. * Monitor system performance with tools like New Relic, Splunk, and Elasticsearch; troubleshoot issues proactively to ensure high availability. * Configure and maintain enterprise software such as WebSphere, Weblogic, Tomcat, JBoss, and Microsoft IIS/Windows Server environments. * Implement security best practices including firewall management, identity & access management, cloud security protocols, and incident response procedures. **Experience** * Proven experience working as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role supporting enterprise software deployments. * Strong proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation across multiple cloud providers. * Extensive scripting expertise in Bash (Unix shell), PowerShell, Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, or Go for automation tasks. * Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker Swarm. * Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef or SaltStack. * Knowledge of cloud computing platforms including AWS (Amazon Web Services), Google Cloud Platform, Azure or OpenStack. * Experience managing databases like MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, DynamoDB or Oracle; understanding of disaster recovery strategies. * Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, RESTful APIs, TCP sockets; experience with network administration is a plus. * Background in Linux/Unix system administration along with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. * Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies including Scrum or Kanban; experience supporting SDLC processes such as build automation and release management is preferred.
