Customer Service Associate

**Job Summary** As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll help customers resolve questions, complete transactions, and find the right products or services. You’ll provide friendly, accurate support by phone and through other customer service channels, while keeping records organized and communicating clearly with clients and teammates. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and building positive customer relationships. **Duties** * Respond to customer inquiries, identify needs, and resolve service issues with care and sound customer service problem-solving. * Handle inbound and outbound calls using professional phone etiquette and clear phone communication. * Support sales and client services by sharing relevant information, processing requests, and maintaining effective client communication. * Complete data entry, typing, and routine documentation using Microsoft Office and other computer systems. * Process cash transactions when needed and keep customer information accurate and organized. **Qualifications** * Strong customer service, customer support, communication skills, and writing skills. * Computer skills and technical proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office; accurate typing and data entry. * Organizational skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach to customer concerns. * Call center experience is helpful but not required; experience with cash handling or sales is also an asset. * English proficiency required. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are welcome; additional languages are an advantage.
