Business Planning, Senior Officer

**About the Role** The client is a life insurance firm. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in business performance reporting, strategic planning, board administration, and cross\-functional coordination to support the company's growth objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the development of regional business plans and performance management initiatives. * Prepare management reports, business insights, and KPI dashboards for senior management. * Coordinate the development, tracking, and reporting of business KPIs across regional business units. * Organise board and management meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements. * Maintain corporate governance records, authority registers, and corporate schedules. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on strategic initiatives and business planning projects. * Support regional meetings, conferences, and other planning\-related projects as required. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. * Experience in business planning, management reporting, corporate planning, strategy, or performance management. * Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and present business data. * Strong analytical, organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
