HVAC System Advisor

Our service department is busy, our install crews are reliable, and our customers trust us to deliver honest solutions with high-quality workmanship. We specialize in residential retrofit and new construction, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC System Advisor to join our team. What You’ll Do: · Meet with residential customers to evaluate their comfort needs and HVAC concerns · Propose tailored solutions for system replacements, upgrades, and new installations · Generate proposals and present bids · Coordinate project details with our in-house scheduling and installation teams · Represent our company with professionalism and integrity in the field What We Provide: · High-quality leads generated by our service department · Full in-house support from scheduling and install coordination · Company vehicle and gas · Tools and technology needed to succeed Compensation: · $17/hour base pay plus commission · The hourly rate steps down gradually over the first year as commission earnings grow · Full-time position What We’re Looking For: · HVAC experience is required (equipment, airflow, retrofit knowledge) · Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to homeowners · Reliable, organized, and driven to close deals the right way · Able to travel to appointments across LA, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Santa Clarita Ready to join a team that supports your success and values your expertise?
