Customer Service/Technical Assistance/Inside Sales Support

The Jones Company is an HVAC manufacturers representative in business for over 35 years. We provide exceptional customer service for our manufacturers and wholesale distributors. We are centrally located in Wheatland, CA between Sacramento and Marysville. We are seeking someone to become an integral part of our team, an asset to our organization, and the manufacturers and customers we serve. Duties: Customer service including answering telephones Support of outside salespeople Emailing literature and specifications to customers Provide replacement parts information Quotes on products as needed Order submission and tracking Maintain files and product literature Warranty processing including freight and damages claims Technical assistance with manufacturer information provided to customers Replacement parts stocking and labeling Aptitude to work on a variety of projects along with daily responsibilities Skills: Excellent customer service attitude, being solution\-minded Proficient in Microsoft Outlook \& Excel Great communication skills – both verbal and written Organized, detail oriented, and intelligent reasoning ability Common sense and comprehension Dependable, willingness to learn, good work ethic, and commitment to doing a job well Pleasant manner, friendly and engaging. Team player with shared company goals. Generous compensation, 401K plan, paid vacation and holidays. This is a full\-time, 40\-hour per week position. No remote work. Work hours are 8:00 – 5:00 pm Mon\-Thurs and 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Friday, with one hour for lunch. Verifiable work references required.
