Compliance Coordinator

**NOTE: We are only accepting candidates currently residing in California, Arizona or Florida.** **About SpaySecure** SpaySecure is a pet services company. Our clients place dogs and cats into new homes under agreements that require the pet to be spayed or neutered, and we handle the follow up that makes sure it happens. **About the Role** We are looking for a full time Case Coordinator to handle daily follow up with pet owners, veterinary offices and clients. This is administrative follow up work done mostly by phone, text and email. You will work directly with our operations director. **What You'll Do** - Follow up daily with pet owners who have not met their obligations by phone, text and email - Contact veterinary offices to confirm records and appointment details - Review incoming documents and keep case records accurate - Answer calls, return voicemails and work our main support inbox during your shift - Take on other administrative projects as assigned - Maintain responsibility over assigned cases from start to close **Requirements** - Veterinary office, shelter or rescue experience preferred. Strong customer service or administrative experience also considered - Strong written and verbal communication. Must be comfortable with difficult conversations - Excellent conflict resolution. Calm with people who are angry, embarrassed or evasive - Highly self directed. This is a small team without a lot of structure - Comfortable being persistent with unresponsive people - Organized. Everything gets logged and followed up on the assigned date - Collections, insurance claims, medical office or law office experience is a plus **Details** - Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with an occasional evening shift to cover Australian business hours - $25 an hour to start, with performance and pay reviewed quarterly - Fully remote, W2.
