**Responsibilities** * Manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for NTU Academy for Professional and Continuing Education (PACE). * Drive financial analysis, performance evaluation, pricing and margin review. * Oversee finance governance and financial controls for PACE. * Perform policy impact assessments and communicate implications of policy/system changes. * Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory and audit requirements. * Provide insightful KPI and performance reporting for management. * Support continuous improvement and provide oversight to finance staff. **Requirements** * Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent professional qualifications. * Chartered Accountant with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. * Highly adaptable, good time management skills & problem-solving skills. * Demonstrate outstanding working relation management. * Advantageous to know SAP, Ariba, Denodo, Workday, PowerBI.
