Birthday Manager

**Job Overview** Birthday Party Manager We are looking for an energetic, organized, and friendly **Birthday Party Manager** to lead and coordinate birthday parties at our indoor sports facility. This role is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for children while providing excellent service and support to parents throughout the party. Responsibilities * Welcome birthday families and their guests upon arrival and help them get settled. * Serve as the main point of contact for parents before, during, and after the party. * Set up and prepare party areas, activities, decorations, food, and other party materials as needed. * Keep the party on schedule. * Ensure children are engaged, safe, and having fun throughout the event. * Assist parents with questions, requests, and special arrangements. * Coordinate with facility staff to ensure the party runs efficiently. * Help with party\-related needs. * Clean and reset the party space after each event. * Maintain a welcoming, positive, and professional attitude with children and families. * Follow all facility safety policies and procedures. What We're Looking For * Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable working with children and families. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment. * Dependable, punctual, and responsible. * Positive attitude and a team\-oriented mindset. * Previous experience working with children, hosting parties, coaching, recreation, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Schedule This position is primarily focused on **weekend birthday parties on Friday evenings, Saturday and Sundays 10:30a\-6p**. The ideal candidate enjoys working with kids, thrives in an active environment, and takes pride in making every birthday party a special experience for both the children and their parents. Pay: $18\.00 per hour Expected hours: 18\.0 per week Work Location: In person
