SITE MANAGER

**Job Description & Requirements As a Site Manager, the professional is responsible for supervising construction projects, overseeing building work, and orchestrating the activities that take place on the construction site. 1. Supervise workers, subcontractors, and site operations. 2. Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets. 3. Conduct safety inspections, enforce health and safety regulations, and ensure compliance. 4. Liaise with main-con, architects, surveyors. 5. Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment. 6. Prepare reports, maintain site records, and handle documentation. 7. Solve on‑site problems and implement improvements. Qualifications & Skills 1. Degree/Diploma or qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. 3. Knowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and safety standards. 4. Proven work experience in construction management or a similar role for ten (10) years above. 5. Familiarity with construction and project management software. 6. Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) can be advantageous. **Additional : Strong communication in English and Chinese and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve are essential for the role.****
