**Pay:** $60.00 - $70.00 per hour Job description: **About us**: At The Hands-On Physio, we believe physical therapy should feel different. We provide personalized, hands-on physical therapy in a **cash-based, one-on-one model**, allowing our therapists to spend meaningful time with each patient rather than rushing from one appointment to the next. Our focus is **pelvic health and whole-body care**, helping patients understand not just *where* they hurt, but *why* they are experiencing their symptoms and what they can do to feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their bodies. If you're a PT who loves patient care but wants more time, autonomy, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop a specialty, we would love to meet you. **The Opportunity**: We are looking for a **Physical Therapist with an interest in pelvic health** to join our growing team in Evans, GA. **Pelvic health experience is a plus, but it is not required.** We are willing to train and mentor the right therapist who is curious, compassionate, motivated, and excited to develop their clinical skills. This is an opportunity to build a career in a practice where you can: * Spend **50–60 minutes one-on-one with each patient** * Treat a maximum of **6 patients per day / 30 patients per week** * Practice with significant clinical autonomy * Develop expertise in pelvic health and whole-body movement * Receive ongoing mentorship and clinical support * Build meaningful relationships with patients and the community * Participate in educational events and local outreach * Be part of a collaborative team without the typical high-volume outpatient environment **What You'll Do:** * Provide individualized, hands-on physical therapy for patients with pelvic health and orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions. * Treat patients of all genders, ages 16+. * Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. * Combine manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, movement training, and patient education. * Help patients understand the *why* behind their symptoms and actively participate in their recovery. * Communicate clearly with patients about their goals, progress, recommendations, and plan of care. * Collaborate with other members of the team and outside healthcare providers when appropriate. * Deliver an exceptional patient experience from evaluation through discharge. **Professional Growth & Community Outreach**: We believe great physical therapists are also great educators and advocates.
