About You You enjoy building software that solves complicated real\-world problems. Your experience may span single\-page web applications, backend APIs, native mobile development, or a combination of those areas. You bring strong engineering fundamentals and an interest in contributing across the application as the work requires. You already use AI tools extensively to write, understand, test, and improve software. You use them to work effectively in unfamiliar areas while remaining accountable for the code you ship. How the position fits in the organization You will join a small remote team building technology for agricultural businesses and commodity risk management. You will work closely with the CTO, product managers, and business partners to deliver improvements across our applications. This is an individual contributor role with meaningful ownership of design, implementation, and delivery. Your initial focus will reflect your strengths and the team’s priorities, with opportunities to broaden your contribution over time. Key contributions Build and improve application features and the services that support them. Design systems that reflect the complexity of agricultural operations and commodity risk management. Deliver maintainable, testable code with appropriate documentation. Work with Product to clarify requirements, explore tradeoffs, and deliver features incrementally.
