**Job Summary** Assistant Manager / Sales ManagerJob Summary We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven **Assistant Manager / Sales Manager** to lead sales activities, develop customer relationships, and help achieve revenue and growth objectives. This position is responsible for supporting day\-to\-day operations, coaching the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and performance goals. * Lead, motivate, and coach sales representatives to meet individual and team targets. * Recruit, train, onboard, and develop sales team members as needed. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. * Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and market research. * Monitor sales performance, pipelines, forecasts, and key performance indicators. * Assist with pricing, proposals, negotiations, contracts, and closing sales. * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with management and other departments to improve sales processes and customer experience. * Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on performance, opportunities, and challenges. * Stay informed about market trends, competitors, products, and customer needs. * Help ensure company policies, procedures, and sales standards are consistently followed. * Support the manager with daily operations and assume leadership responsibilities when needed, including working front desk as needed.
