Co-Teacher – Mixed-Age Preschool / Pre-K Classroom

**About us Luna's Early Learning Academy is a bilingual early childhood program in Nampa. Our mixed\-age preschool/pre\-K classroom is a warm, play\-based learning environment where children learn, explore, and grow in two languages. What you'll do \- Co\-lead a mixed\-age preschool/pre\-K classroom alongside a lead teacher \- Implement curriculum through hands\-on learning that keeps children active and engaged \- Conduct developmental assessments throughout the year \- Actively post updates, photos, and classroom news on Procare for families \- Join in field trips and family days \- Plan and support engaging, developmentally appropriate activities \- Bring fresh ideas — monthly themes and extra activities for our play\-based curriculum \- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families \- Help maintain a safe, clean, joyful classroom \- Support daily routines: meals, rest time, transitions, outdoor play What we're looking for \- Passion for working with young children (ages 3–5\) \- Flexible team player — willing to help wherever needed \- GED or high school diploma required; early childhood coursework, CDA, or a degree a plus \- Experience in early childhood education preferred \- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred \- Reliable, warm, and patient \- CPR/First Aid a plus (or willingness to obtain) \- Must pass an enhanced background check Schedule \& pay Full\-time, Monday–Friday — starting at $13/hour (more with experience) Start date: ASAP Time off: summer and winter breaks, plus most holidays. Additional time off gladly given with reasonable notice.** Pay: From $13\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
