**Job Overview** TMA Movers – Remote Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative TMA Movers is hiring a remote dispatcher/customer service representative to assist with answering incoming calls, scheduling moves, sending quotes, and communicating with customers and movers. This is a remote/work\-from\-home opportunity with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities: * Answer incoming customer calls * Gather moving details and inventory * Send customer quotes * Communicate with movers and customers * Confirm appointments and arrival times * Assist with scheduling and organization Requirements: * Good communication skills * Reliable and responsive * Organized and able to multitask * Customer service experience preferred * Moving industry experience is a plus, but not required **Pay Structure** * Weekly Reliability Pay**:\*** $50 for the first week, increasing to $100 per week starting after the first week\*. * Commission: Additional commission earned on **completed booked moves**.
