PART-TIME PHARMACIST (Mon and Wed, FLEXIBLE HOURS)

**Job Summary** As a part-time pharmacist FOR MON (10-6) pm or WED (10-6) . This is a flexible position you can work 10 to 1:30 shift or 2:30 to 6 shift or 10 to 600 pm shift both days. you’ll deliver safe, responsive patient care while supporting reliable pharmacy operations. You’ll assess medication needs, provide clear guidance, and help ensure every prescription and clinical service meets applicable standards. Your impact: Accurate medication management and thoughtful patient communication help patients and care teams make informed decisions. **Responsibilities** * Review prescriptions, support medication administration, and provide patient assessment and medical management within your scope of practice. * Prepare non-sterile compound medications using appropriate aseptic technique, including applicable United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Chapter 797 standards; * Provide immunizations and patient services, including support for pediatrics and pain management as appropriate. * Maintain pharmacy operations, inventory, and pharmacy software, including Pharmacy Information Systems (PIS) and electronic medical and health records (EMR/EHR). * Follow state and federal pharmacy laws, drug regulation, healthcare compliance, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements, and clinical confidentiality policies. **Qualifications** * Required: Current LICENSE AND authorization to practice as a pharmacist in Utah; strong patient care, customer service, and client communication skills; knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. * Basic life support (BLS) certification Pay: From $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week Work Location: In person
