We seek creative individuals who can rapidly transform concepts into hardware and integrate them into commercial applications. **Responsibilities may include:** * Collaborating with scientists, engineers, technicians, and program managers to develop hardware and software for advanced control, timing, and data acquisition systems. * Designing high-temperature, long-lifetime, high-reliability electronic control systems, both single shot and high lifetime rep-rate systems. * Developing PCBs and advanced high-temperature electronics. * Presenting work at design reviews, managing schedules, and tracking project costs. * Conducting theoretical and experimental analyses. * Documenting results, failures, and corrective actions. * Writing technical proposals. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in physics, electrical engineering, or a related field. * 1–10 years of experience in controls and hardware integration projects (experience will determine hiring level). * Experience in research, development, or prototyping environments. **Desired Qualifications:** * 15+ years of experience in controls systems (hardware and software) or related projects for government or industry. * Expertise in experimental electrical engineering or applied physics. * Master’s or Ph.D. in physics, mathematics, electrical engineering, or a related field. **Equal Opportunity Employer:** I-Pulse Albuquerque, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
