Senior Engineer

This is a strong opportunity for someone seeking long-term career growth, with clear progression paths toward site management. **Package on offer:** * Performance based bonus * Company vehicle * Pension * Full medical insurance * Generous annual leave balances * Life assurance **Responsibilities:** * Reviewing plans, drawings, and quantities to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications * Overseeing and interpreting design documents provided by the client, architect, or design team * Coordinating and maintaining communication with consultants, subcontractors, site supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and on-site teams * Supervising and tracking progress of groundworks and civil engineering contractors * Identifying and resolving unforeseen technical issues or challenges that arise during construction * Managing and coordinating all health and safety activities to ensure site compliance * Overseeing quality control processes and ensuring adherence to BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations) requirements **Key skills required:** * A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or a related discipline) * Proven experience as a Site Engineer, ideally with a leading developer and/or main contractor * Solid understanding of current Irish building regulations and certification standards
