Educational Director for Preschool

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Educational Director for Preschool to lead and elevate our early childhood education programs. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the educational journey of young children while leading a dedicated team of educators. * Candidate must have an NYS Certification in Early Childhood Education. Candidate must have a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from ( Birth to 2 grade) or related field in Education. Develop and implement comprehensive, age\-appropriate curricula aligned with early childhood education standards and best practices * Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, enrollment growth, and community outreach efforts * Manage budgets effectively, including resource allocation, financial planning, and ensuring fiscal responsibility in line with organizational goals * Supervise school staff including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff through ongoing performance evaluations and professional development facilitation * Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to preschool education, health, safety, and legal requirements such as special education law * Oversee personnel management activities including hiring, training, coaching, and conflict resolution to maintain a motivated and high\-performing team * Facilitate faculty evaluation processes to promote instructional excellence and continuous improvement in classroom practices * Coordinate fundraising activities and community partnerships to support program sustainability and expansion initiatives * Lead efforts in educational compliance audits and ensure adherence to licensing standards and childhood development regulations * Promote a positive school culture that emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, safety, and child\-centered learning experiences * Extensive knowledge of curriculum development tailored for early childhood education settings * Proven experience in school administrative leadership with strong management capabilities * Expertise in budgeting, managing financial resources as an education administrator or preschool director * Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising staff in K\-12 or preschool environments * Skilled in strategic planning, program evaluation, faculty development, and instructional leadership * Effective public speaking abilities to communicate vision clearly to staff, parents, community partners, and stakeholders * Demonstrated success in fundraising efforts or community engagement initiatives for educational programs * Deep familiarity with school legal requirements related to early childhood education and operational standards * Ability to foster professional development opportunities that enhance teaching quality and staff retention Join us as an Educational Director for Preschool where your leadership will inspire young minds while shaping the future of early childhood education.
