Operations Trainer

**Job Description** **What You'll Be Doing** * Design and develop engaging, high\-quality Community Services learning programs (all learning modes) that build capability and improve performance across the business. * Partner with subject matter experts and operational leaders to translate complex information into practical, learner\-focused training solutions. * Research and source suitable learning programs that meet learning requirements. * Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope and aligned to business priorities. * Monitor learning effectiveness, training completion and learner feedback, using data and insights to continuously improve learning outcomes. * Support administration of the LMS, ensuring compliance and mandatory training requirements are met. * Facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences across Australia.
