The role provides high-level strategic, analytical and business performance support to the executive team, enabling informed decision-making, effective strategy execution and improved organisational performance. ## Basic Functions The role is to provide high-level strategic, analytical and business performance support to the executive, enabling informed decision-making, effective strategy execution and improved organizational performance. The role serves as a strategic analytical partner, translating business data, market intelligence and operational information into actionable insights. The role supports strategy execution through performance analysis, commercial evaluation, scenario modelling and evidence-based recommendations, helping Zimswitch remain competitive, innovative and commercially sustainable within the evolving payments ecosystem. Key Responsibilities include Business Performance & Intelligence, Executive Decision Support, Market Intelligence & Benchmarking, Strategic Project Analysis, Management Reporting & Analytics and Business Improvement Recommendations. ## Education and Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, including Economics, Business/Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. - 5-7 years of relevant experience in business analysis, financial or commercial analysis, strategy, business intelligence, data analytics, technology-enabled transformation, management consulting or corporate performance. - Experience in banking, fintechs, financial services, technology or another data-intensive business is desirable. - Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and operational information, develop business cases or models, identify trends and translate findings into clear recommendations for decision-making. - Experience in strategic planning, KPI and performance monitoring, digital products, systems implementation, process improvement or cross-functional initiatives is an advantage. - Relevant professional qualifications or certifications such as business analysis, data analytics, project management, process improvement or technology-related certifications will be an added advantage. ## Required Skills and Competencies - Highly organized and self-motivated. - Strong analytical skills. - High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality. ## Application Procedure Submit your resume by email to **careers@zimswitch.co.zw** with **Executive Business Analyst** as the subject.
