prescription preparation and dispensing support ROLE: General Employee DEPARTMENT: HEALTH GRADE: 6 EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years REPORTS TO: Pharmacy Technician VACANCIES : 2 Positions Key Responsibilities Prescription Preparation & Dispensing Support Inventory & Stock Management Handling documentation, billing paperwork, and medical aid/insurance claim submissions Frontline Customer Service & Housekeeping Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements 5 Ordinary levels including Maths and English Advanced Dispensary certificate or equivalent 2 years’ experience in a similar environment Key Competencies Ability to communicate effectively Ability to work effectively, both independently and within a team Ability to handle pressure and work with minimum supervision
