**DUE: 11 NOV 2026** **Clinical In Charge** Mutare City Council **Job Summary** Ensuring the provision of high quality nursing and proper management of disease conditions Role: Supervisor Department: HEALTH Grade: 10 Experience: 3-5 years Reports To: Principal Nursing Officer Vacancies: 2 Positions **Qualifications & Requirements** Diploma in general nursing Valid practicing certificate as a registered nurse Diploma in midwifery Diploma in community nursing/ degree in nursing and any other additional relevant qualifications will be an added advantage At least 4 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity **Key Competencies** Ability to communicate effectively Ability to multi-task Ability to work effectively, both independently and within a team Ability to handle pressure and work with minimum supervision **Key Responsibilities** Ensuring the provision of high quality nursing and proper management of disease conditions Supervise and monitor staff performance Implementation of policies at clinic level Manage health information at local level Ensure that all nursing departments operate efficiently and effectively Any other duties as may be assigned by the Principal Nursing Officer **TO APPLY** Click here to apply
