Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the ZIMSEC O’Level syllabus. Evaluate learner performance and track academic progress. Prepare learners effectively for public examinations. Foster a positive, orderly, and disciplined classroom environment. Actively participate in school activities and academic programmes. Collaborate with colleagues to promote effective teaching and learning. ✅ A recognised teaching qualification relevant to the subject combination. ✅ A minimum of two years of teaching experience. ✅ Sound knowledge and understanding of the ZIMSEC syllabus. ✅ Excellent classroom management, interpersonal, and communication skills. ✅ A strong passion for teaching and a commitment to helping learners achieve their full academic potential. ✅ Ability to plan effective lessons, assess learner performance, and maintain accurate academic records.
